If there was any doubt regarding CHINA’S SUPPORT FOR RUSSIA in the Ukraine war, this should put it to rest. Chinese exports of transportation equipment to Russia have risen from less than $500 million per month before the war to nearly $2.5 billion now. That is $30 billion on an annualized run rate.
